System Introduction: The Creator Role
Guest creators contribute structural Assignments to the My Assignment system.
Your work becomes part of a sealed environment that users enter one day at a time.
Your role is not to teach, coach, or inspire.
Your role is to design a contract.
An Assignment is:
finite
structural
analog‑anchored
repeatable
non‑negotiable
Users will hand‑write your actions, complete them offline, and return to mark the day complete.
Your Assignment must support this ritual.
Guest creators expand the system by offering new angles, not new complexity.
Your Assignment must be simple, severe, and executable by any user.
Curriculum Creation: The Rules
Edition: CC I
Guest Assignments follow the same structural rules as all Assignments in the My Assignment system.
These rules protect the chamber, the user, and the integrity of the daily ritual.
Your role:
To create a structural, analog‑anchored Assignment that can be completed by any user, on any day, without personalization or negotiation.
1. Daily Actions Must Be Fixed
3–6 actions per day
Variations + 7-days, only
No “choose one”
No branching paths
No personalization
2. No Reflection or Journaling
No prompts
No questions
No emotional processing
No narrative writing
3. No Digital Input
No videos
No audio
No links
No reading assignments
No external content
4. Analog Ritual Required
At least one action must require handwriting.
This is the boundary that creates presence.
5. Offline Execution Required
At least one action must be completed away from the screen.
6. Duration Must Be Finite
Choose one:
7, 14, 21, or 28 days.
7. No Coaching, Therapy, or Advice
Assignments must be structural, not interpretive.
8. No Metrics or Tracking
The system does not store history.
Your Assignment must not require it.
9. No Personalization
Assignments must work for any user, regardless of background, goals, or identity.
10. The Assignment Must Be Testable
You must complete Day 1 of your own Assignment before submission.
Daily Practice: The Ritual
Edition: DP II
My Assignment is built on a single ritual: you hand‑write the actions for the day, complete them offline, and return to mark the day complete.
Handwriting is not aesthetic.
Handwriting is the friction that creates presence, commitment, and consequence.
We created this template for clients who prefer a structured page for their ritual,.
Use it as needed. Ignore it when you don’t.
The discipline is the handwriting, not the template.
